Course Brief

This unit aims to give learners a sound understanding of:
  • the importance of organisational behaviour
  • the individual's contribution to the organisation
  • motivation theories and job design
  • job satisfaction and dissatisfaction
  • groups in organisations
  • leadership theories
  • conflict and conflict resolution
  • communication processes

  • This course is offered in 50 hours

Assessment method:

  • Written examination (unless otherwise stated). Written examinations are of three hours’ duration.
  • All learning outcomes will be assessed.
