Programme Brief

This course is an introduction to the ITIL framework. It examines at a basic level all facets of Service management, the use of best practice and transitioning an organization into the ITIL framework and the benefits to the business.

  •  Identify the principles and concepts of IT Service Management based on ITIL.
  •  Identify the best practices of implementing ITIL in an organization.
  • Define the terminology used in ITIL Identify the concepts and definitions used in the Service Life cycle.
  • Define Service Strategy concepts
  • Define Service Design concepts
  • Define Service Operations concepts
  •  Define Service Transition concepts
  • Define Continual Service Improvement concepts
  • Define the roles, processes, and components within key areas of IT Service Management based on ITIL

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

There is an administration fee of $150 to be paid when registering. The deadline to register is one week before the start date of class after which a late administration fee of $175 will be charged. The credit price will apply if you wish to pay a down payment and installments. The down payment is 60% of the credit price plus the administration fee. The remainder is paid in installments before the end of the course.
