Programme Brief

This course will to assist participants with setting the appropriate meeting conventions and protocols to successfully manage formal, informal and e-meetings. Participants will learn to apply tools and techniques in planning, participating in and concluding successful meetings.

An e-certificate will be issued at the end.

On completion of this course, learners will be able to:

  1. Plan & prepare for meetings
  2. Identify the correct participants
  3. Gain insight into choosing the right time & place based on meeting type, attendees & necessary outcomes
  4. Create clear & concise meeting agendas
  5. Set up meeting spaces for maximum efficiency, including how to incorporate electronic options for remote participants
  6. Define & assign meeting roles & responsibilities
  7. Use an agenda for meeting management garnering a desired outcome & accountability
  8. Chairing meetings effectively
  9. Taking effective meeting minutes.

Once this is confirmed, an invoice will then be forwarded via email.

Option 3: Payment of TT$1,200.00 can be made via Direct deposit / online bank transfer. Please click here for further instructions regarding the banking options available.
