BSc. (Hons) Banking and Finance
The BSc. in Banking and Finance programme covers a wide range of topics, such as Corporate Finance and Investment Management.
Entry Requirements

Two (2) A' Levels and at least three further GCSE/GCE' O' Levels or CXC 'O' levels (including Mathematics and English; CXC Grade 3 accepted from June 1998 onwards) or

Three GCE 'A' Level subjects and one further GCSE/GCE 'O' level subject (not less than Grade C)
- Holders of CAPE are also allowed entry, once six units are obtained including two single units

Students must be at least 17 years old or be 17 by September 1st of the said year to apply
- Via Access Route - 17 years and over having obtained a minimum of four 'O' level passes (GCE or CXC). Must have Mathematics and English. Once met, the student can commence by selecting two subjects from Year One

Aims and Objectives
To provide a thorough understanding of the ways in which financial intermediaries and institutions operate, and the structure and functioning of financial markets.
Government Assistance for Tuition Expenses (GATE)
The Government of Trinidad and Tobago covers tuition expenses via the GATE programme for nationals of Trinidad and Tobago.
Career Opportunities
This degree will prepare you for a career in areas of accountancy, consulting, commercial or investment banking, trading and sales or risk management.
