Bridging programme to BSc. (Hons) Computing and Information Systems Programme : BTEC (UK) HND in Computing

ACQUIRE A BSC HONOURS DEGREE VIA THE BTEC HND IN COMPUTING AND SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT
Students completing this recently revised and highly practical, IT professional Higher National Diploma ( HND ) can take their academic qualification one step further and earn a BSc Honours Degree as this HND can be used for direct entry into the final year of the BSc. ( Hons ) Computing and Information Systems from the University of Greenwich.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for entry to the BTEC HND Computing and Systems Development, you must satisfy one of the following requirements:
- CXC (4 O'levels including Maths & English(A)) graduates WITH ABE BIS/BM Certificate,
- Cape/A-level graduates,
- 21 years and over with relevant working experience.
Candidates who do not meet these entry requirements will be considered on an individual basis.
Registration Information
In order to register, you must first proceed to the University of Greenwich Department for verification of your entry qualifications before any payments or registration can be done. You must provide evidence of your entry qualifications by presenting:
(a) Original certificates along with 2 copies.
(b) A detailed Resume and Job Letter (if employed)
If your entry qualifications are satisfactory you are then required to complete the following forms when registering:
1. SBCS Registration Form (for registration with SBCS)
2. GATE Application and Clearance Forms (for tuition funding - nationals only) *
*Please note in order for nationals to apply for GATE, you must bring your original Birth Certificate, National ID or Passport.

Tuition Information
TUITION
Tuition commences on Monday, September 10, 2012. Students awaiting results for their entry qualification will be allowed to start tuition and pay a Caution Fee of TT$1000.00. This fee will be refunded once GATE clearance is received. Tuition for courses will be offered in specific semesters:
- September - December,
- January - April,
- May - August

Full time AND Part time modes are available at the following Campuses:

- Champs Fleurs
DURATION
This programme can be successfully completed in 2.3 years (7 semesters) in FULL TIME mode OR 2.6 (8 semesters) in PART TIME mode.
