Job Summary

• Provide support for our Engineering programmes in Plumbing Technology.
• Design and carry out lectures and practical exercises relating to residential plumbing systems.
• Maintain and service all tools and equipment and provide advice regarding equipment upgrades.
• Maintain an inventory database and record keeping for all equipment and materials used.
• Implement and enforce all health and safety practices.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students performing practical exercises.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed Sanitary Constructor.
• Diploma in Plumbing from a recognized institution
• Degree in Civil Engineering will be an asset.
• At least (5) years’ work experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of plumbing codes and the assembly and installation of various fittings and fixtures.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated.
• Provide support and work with students from diverse educational, cultural and work backgrounds.
