Executive Management of SBCS, programme administrators, lecturers, students and a graduate of the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School (EBS) Masters programmes met at our Champs Fleurs Campus for a Programme Committee Meeting on Friday, April 28, 2017.

This biannual meeting provides a forum for all in attendance to review the quality of academic support and the overall performance of SBCS’ students on our EBS programmes, when compared to global performance. The topics discussed included the review of the December 2016 exam analysis, new developments with the Masters programmes and student & graduate discussions. In reviewing the examination results analysis, it was noted that the SBCS tuition pass rate continues to be higher than the global pass rate for most of the tuition courses.

The current students and the graduate who joined the meeting were asked to provide feedback on their experiences at SBCS. During this interaction, noteworthy comments included discussions on the option of e-assessments for exams, commendation for the world-class lecturer & administrative support at SBCS and feedback on the use of SBCS’ E-Learning platform (Moodle).

Executive Management thanked all participants for their feedback and advised that efforts would be made to implement recommendations provided during the meeting.
