The SBCS community extends greetings to all stakeholders in the Labour Movement on the occasion of Labour Day.

Labour Day is a time set aside to commemorate the labour movement, and the role it plays in developing the workforce and ultimately, our nation. It is an occasion to remember how our labour icons such as Tubal Uriah “Buzz” Butler, Adrian Cola Rienzi and Arthur Andrew Cipriani fought with passion and determination to overcome the challenges of their time, to secure the rights and privileges that many workers today enjoy.

We stand with the nation in reflection of such accomplishments, and in recognition of the role that our most valuable natural resource, the people, plays in the betterment of current conditions.
