SBCS’ CIPS student wins prestigious International Award

Ms Savita Persad, a CIPS student at SBCS, was recognized by the Institute for her outstanding performance during the academic year 2007/2008. Ms Persad was awarded the CIPS International Advanced Certificate Award Winner for academic year 2007/2008 which was presented to her at the Graduation ceremony held on June 13th, 2009 at Symphony Hall, Birmingham, United Kingdom.

This award is presented to the student who achieved the highest aggregate mark in the International Advanced Certificate. Ms Persad is now enrolled in the Advanced Diploma (Level 6) and is quite eager to pursue certification for MCIPS.

Savita is currently employed at Halliburton as an Administrative Specialist in the Internal Equipment Maintenance Department, responsible for Trinidad & Suriname operations.

The faculty and staff of SBCS extend our heartiest congratulations to Savita and wish her every success in her future endeavours.
