SBCS Featured Student: Mr. Andy Rambox, ACCA

It is said that the road to success is always under construction, one that is littered with many deterrents and pitfalls along its way.  Mr. Andy Rambox, one of our past ACCA students, who successfully completed his ACCA studies in December 2012 can testify to the amount of hard work, commitment and dedication that is required to pass all ACCA exams and become ACCA qualified.

Mr. Rambox, who is now a proud ACCA Affiliate, started his Accounting studies at SBCS in September 2005 as a full time CAT student and successfully completed the programme in June 2007.  Being a CAT graduate, he was exempted from the first level of the ACCA programme, which he began in January 2008.  What those next four (4) years entailed, was the forging of study habits resilient against the pressures of everyday life, and the submission of personal preferences in favour of all that was required to pursue the ACCA programme to completion.  Supported by SBCS’ team of ACCA qualified lecturers, he persisted through his studies and ultimately, emerged victorious.

Today, Mr. Rambox currently holds the position of Audit Assistant with BDO International, one of the largest accountancy networks in the world!

We congratulate him on his excellent achievements and wish him many more successes in his future endeavors.
