SBCS’ Trincity Centre for Graphic Communication hosted a public Graphic Design exhibition titled “THINK! The Process of Design” from May 13th to 18th, 2013 at the National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) in Port of Spain.
This event featured artwork from students of the Edexcel BTEC Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design programme.
Over 15 students from SBCS’ Trincity Campus showcased work they produced throughout the duration of their course of study, with a few showcasing artwork created after successfully completing the programme.
The range of various works on display; paintings, children’s books, animation, sculptures, mixed media; garnered positive reception by members of the public, especially those works depicting moving themes such as environmental awareness, social commentary and child abuse.
The BTEC Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design is an internationally recognized qualification that can be earned in 2 ½ years on a part-time basis.
