Dear Students,

At SBCS, in addition to your educational development, we remain committed to your safety during your stay at our campuses.

Please be aware that we are closely monitoring the current weather conditions. The latest official bulletins from the ODPM (Office of Disaster Preparedness & Management) and the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service indicate that while we are currently not under any Storm threat or watch, a measure of vigilance still needs to be exercised.

Based on this advice, our business operations and classes continue in accordance with our regular schedules, but with the following caveats:

• Should the situation change, the risk to our staff and students will be assessed accordingly
• If a decision is taken to suspend operations, SBCS will notify you through a combination of measures including:
  • SMS text / email message to all the mobile numbers currently in our student information system
  • Update posted to Electronic Bulletin Boards
  • Update posted to Moodle platform
  • Update posted to Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Update posted to our News / Featured section on the Corporate Website
