Marie Youssef Smith is a highly accomplished Management Consultant and Trainer with over 28 years of experience across the UK, Western and Eastern Europe, as well as in both the Private and Public Sectors in Trinidad and Tobago. She has served as a senior executive and provides consultancy services in areas such as business process re-engineering, policy development, functional compliance auditing, business systems analysis, and strategic recruitment and training.
Her integrated perspective is shaped by leadership roles and client engagements across a wide range of industries, including Energy, IT, Security, Automotive, Finance, Human Resources, Healthcare, Education, Maritime, and Food & Beverage. Marie has led and contributed to initiatives such as Organizational policy development supporting state agency transformation, multimillion-dollar workspace transformation projects, business process audits, and strategic realignment efforts.
