On Thursday, February 23rd, 2012, SBCS Marketing Associate, Sasha Yathali and Assistant Course Administrator, Kerry-ann Jordan visited St Benedict’s College, La Romain to conduct a career guidance presentation with over 100 Form 3 students and their parents. The College hosted a wide range of tertiary education providers and professionals allowing students the opportunity to learn of the various career pathways available to them.
SBCS’ representatives engaged the students in an interactive presentation where they learnt about the wide range of programmes offered. Areas of study the students seemed particularly interested in were Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Graphic Design and Construction and the Built Environment.
Professionals, who were past students of the College, also motivated the young audience by sharing their experiences of achieving a fulfilling career.
