Get a Head Start!

The short vacation courses are designed to allow you to taste-test a possible career, pursue a hobby, or simply strengthen your ability in a specific area.

Register for more than one course and get 5% off all but the first.  Certificates are issued at the end of each course.

Robotics and Mechatronics

Acquire the theoretical knowledge and hands on skills required to understand the emerging robotics and mechatronics technology field and its applications.
This course aims to improve understanding of robotics and mechatronics, intelligent systems and their design as well as become familiar with the software used in developing and interfacing with related systems and products. Project-based learning and hands-on activities by way of Arduino robotic kits and prebuilt Arduino and PLC based control systems will form the backbone for development of practical skills as learners will be involved in several robotics and mechatronic projects.

• Use Microcontrollers and Controls
• Perform Programming : Applications,
• Implement Arduino Robotic and Mechatronic Projects
• Implement PLC based Project

Become a Dynamo!

SBCS’ camps will provide a welcome break to school vacationers this summer.  Our wide mix of technical and practical sessions are designed to Encourage Learning, Establish Camaraderie, Develop Life Skills, and Create Dynamos (Self-starters, Doers, Workers …).

• The price for each camp is $1,200
• Children of SBCS Alumni, current students and past campers earn a 5% discount
• A registration fee of $100 applies to all camps after discount
• Sessions start at 9:00 A.M. and end at 2:30 P.M.
