- 40 years combined of teaching experience, at both secondary and tertiary levels.
- Teaching at the tertiary level since 2005.
- Areas of specialty include Economics, Business Economics, Human Resources and Strategic Management.
- Conducted several seminars and training workshops for organizations such as CLICO, LUATT (now TTAIFA), Scotiabank, American Stores, TTFRA (football referees), British High Commission, First Citizens Group, Caribbean Airlines Limited.
- Currently facilitate workshops on behalf of SBCS Global Learning Institute Ltd. in the areas of Public Speaking and Presentations, and Train the Trainer.
