On completion, the candidate should:

- International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO)
- Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)
Financial crime
On completion, the candidate should:
- understand the role of the Financial Action Task Force
- know the main offences associated with money laundering and the regulatory obligations of financial services firms
- know the stages of money laundering
- know the client identity procedures
- know the offences that constitute insider dealing and the instruments covered
- know the offences that constitute market abuse and the instruments covered
Corporate Governance
On completion, the candidate should:
- know the origins and nature of Corporate Governance
- know the Corporate Governance mechanisms available to stakeholders to exercise their rights
- understand the areas of weakness and lessons learned from the global financial crises of 2007/9
