Course Brief

This unit aims to give learners a sound understanding of:
 
  • the international business environment
  • the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic business plans for international organisations
  • organisational structures for international organisations
  • leadership, change direction and strategic management for international organisations
  • macro environmental factors that affect international organisations
  • This course is offered in 60 hours

Assessment method:

  • Written examination (unless otherwise stated). Written examinations are of three hours’ duration.
  • All learning outcomes will be assessed.
