Programme Brief

This course will provide you with the space to help you identify your stressors and share techniques which can assist you to better manage yourself.  The course will explore identifying and avoiding stressful situations, coping with setbacks, accepting and coping with stress in certain situations and altering circumstances to minimise the effect stress has on you, and developing strategies to better manage yourself.

An e-certificate will be issued at the end.

On completion of this course, learners will be able to:

  1. Different self and stress management techniques and strategies
  2. Simple stress management tips
  3. Master the three "A's" of a stressful situation: Alter, Avoid, Accept
  4. Effective environmental & physical relaxation techniques
  5. Create a plan to better management yourself
  6. Incorporating healthy behaviours in life

Option 2: WI Pay (Credit Card) – If you wish to utilize this method, please forward an email to CTCOnline@sbcs.edu.tt indicating if you would be paying the full cost or whether you would like to access any of our payment plan plan options. Once this is confirmed, an invoice will then be forwarded via email.

Option 3: Payment of TT$1,200.00 can be made via Direct deposit / online bank transfer. Please click here for further instructions regarding the banking options available.
