This comprehensive masterclass course outline shifts the traditional, sugar-heavy Boba business into a wellness-focused, premium beverage concept. It covers foundational tea brewing, natural ingredient alternatives, and smart menu design.
This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to prepare and customise high-quality bubble tea beverages. Participants will learn to use suitable ingredients and production techniques, apply commercial manufacturing and packaging processes, and develop a foundational understanding of the requirements for establishing and operating a successful bubble tea business.
Target Audience
This course is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, café owners, home-based food businesses, beverage professionals, and bubble tea enthusiasts who want to learn how to make and potentially sell high-quality bubble tea.

Online Registration
To register for the online course, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please complete the Online Programme Registration Form, and click submit.
Once the form has been completed, please proceed to make your payment via the following options below:
2. WI Pay (Credit Card) – If you wish to utilize this method, please forward an email to [email protected] indicating if you would be paying the full cost or whether you would like to access any of our payment plan plan options. Once this is confirmed, an invoice will then be forwarded via email.

3. Payment of TT$1,000.00 ($850 + $150) can be made via a direct or in bank deposit as directed here.
Once you have deposited the required payment, please email and attach a copy of the stamped deposit slip to Centre for & Undergraduate Business Programmes (CUBP) [email protected] informing of such.
Once CUBP verifies the deposit, final registration details will be forwarded to the student.

- Select and properly use ingredients, equipment, and brewing methods for consistent results.
- Apply commercial production methods, including semi-automation, batch preservation, costing, and packaging for distribution.
- Create and customise bubble tea recipes to suit different customer preferences.
- Understand the basic requirements for starting and operating a bubble tea business.
