Programme Brief
This is an advanced baking course designed to enhance your skills and build upon the foundational concepts covered in Baking 101. Completing this course will equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for pursuing a career in the baking industry.
Target Audience
This course is aimed at individuals who have completed Baking 101 or have considerable exposure to its outline, and who possess a passion for advancing their understanding of foundational techniques and a desire to develop a future in the industry.

Applicants must have completed Baking 101 or a similar introductory baking course, or they can provide a portfolio demonstrating their ability to complete items covered in the Baking 101 course.
All consumables will be provided
- Administration fee: US $23 / TT $150 (waived for Baking 101 students)
- Registration deadline: One week before the scheduled start date of the class.
- Payment Plan: 60% down payment on tuition to start the class, with the balance due a month after classes begin.

All relevant information about accessing online sessions will be sent via email within 3-5 working days.
3. WI Pay (Credit Card) – If you wish to utilize this method, please forward an email to [email protected] indicating if you would be paying the full cost or whether you would like to access any of our payment plan plan options. Once this is confirmed, an invoice will then be forwarded via email.

4. Payment of TT$3,000.00 (2,850 +150) can be made via a direct or in bank deposit as directed here.
Once you have deposited the required payment, please email and attach a copy of the stamped deposit slip to Centre for & Undergraduate Business Programmes (CUBP) [email protected] informing of such.
Once CUBP verifies the deposit, final registration details will be forwarded to the student.
