Programme Brief
This course will introduce participants to the daily procedures involved in food and beverage operations, as well as basic considerations regarding financial aspects of the food and beverage industry. Emphasis will be placed on developing a range of practical operational skills, aimed at helping learners to successfully plan, implement and evaluate a food and beverage service for a hospitality event or small business.
An e-certificate will be issued at the end.

- Persons who may already have a full-time /part-time food & beverage business but need to put in place more systems and procedures for their business
- Persons who need to understand the fundamentals of food and beverage operations
- Persons who may want to pursue a career in the Food and Beverage industry
